Domestic Shipments will leave the warehouse within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Once your package has traveled to your region, your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you receive a shipment notification without a tracking number, please be patient as your tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email. Creating candles in the winter months, it's common to see wax shrink during shipping. Because of the constant change in temperature starting from pouring the candles, to shipping, it creates a scenario where the candle gets pulled from the glass and air bubbles are made.
