When will my order ship?

Your order is scheduled to ship in 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped.

Do you ship to….?

Yes we ship international. International shipping typically takes 6-10 business weeks depending on the time spent in your country's customs.

Please note that JMK is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duty. Shipping charges simply include the transit fee to deliver your parcel. Once your item arrives to your country, you may be required to pay taxes, and import fees for the goods. Please contact your local government body for more details, or get an estimated quote from www.dutycalculator.com.

I didn’t receive a tracking number! What’s the deal?

Domestic Shipments will leave the warehouse within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Once your package has traveled to your region, your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you receive a shipment notification without a tracking number, please be patient as your tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email. International Orders will receive a tracking number right away. Thank you for your patience as we process all of your orders.

Can I return my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchasing your order.

I need to cancel my order. Can you help me?

If you have yet to receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, please contact customerservice@thejmk.com with your order number and “Cancel my order” in the subject line and we’ll process your order cancelation.  However, if you have already received a confirmation number with your tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order.

How do I return / refund an item?

If your order has been placed within the last 30 days, please contact customerservice@thejmk.com with your order number and “Return my order” in the subject line and we will process your return.  Please note that refunds are accepted, but we do not offer free shipping.

My item doesn't fit. Am I eligible for a refund?
