Loving the Robe and Excellent Service

I live in Australia but bought a robe for my Aunt in the US as a Mother’s Day gift. I don’t do a lot of online shopping especially if the product is coming from outside my country of residence so I got confused with how to add the shipping address and the billing address. I ended up having the same addresses for both and hence, e-mailed JMK’s team right away to get it corrected. They immediately responded and said they have corrected the shipping address to my aunt’s instead of mine. I was relieved.
After a couple of weeks past Mother’s Day, my Aunt still hasn’t received the robe. So I emailed JMK’s team again to inquire the whereabouts of the package. They investigated and replied me that unfortunately the address was not updated in the dispatching warehouse which means they internationally shipped me the robe. They apologized and sent a robe to my aunt via express mail free of charge.
JMK Team had been really helpful and generous, not to mention that the robe was really a beaut which both my Aunt and I loved. ❤️❤️❤️
